We want attendees to take away practical information from our three tracks:
Focus – asking for the right things in the right order is at least as important as rapid execution. The Focus track is about getting the product requirements, the backlog and user stories, right.
Perform – getting high-performance from your team. What practices help teams collaborate effectively, maximizing learning, quality and delivery.
Accelerate – just as agile practices don’t stand still, the most agile organizations continue to push the envelope through technology, tools and practices. The Accelerate track introduces organizational and technical practices that can improve existing agile teams even further.
This year will be the strongest collaborative event yet. We have found a venue, in the Renaissance Harbourside Hotel, that is ideally suited for breakout discussions, networking, and sharing. We have a roster of speakers committed to being available throughout the conference, and they are primed to facilitate and lead in-depth discussions during the open discussions. And we have a varied program based on real-life experiences of applying agile and lean principles.
