WaveGuide Code Camp: Windows Phone 7.5

Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 experts will be delivering a full-day briefing and workshop for developers that want to learn how to develop applications and games for Windows Phone 7.5, whether that means building new creations or porting over existing apps and games from other platforms.

In the morning, Microsoft will be provide a deep dive into how to leverage the Windows Phone 7.5 SDK in your apps to utilize various features of Windows Phone including the hardware, operating system, app-specific capabilities and integration services. By the end of the morning session, you will have learned how to implement various value-add features into your apps that will make users not only use your apps but also encourage their friends to use your app as well.

In the afternoon, you can make use of the knowledge you gained in the morning to start building apps of your own with the help of Windows Phone 7.5 experts present.

Please note: In order to participate in the workshop, you will need to bring your own PC running either Windows 7 or Windows Vista and highly encouraged to download the free developer tools (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=27570) ahead of time so you can hit the ground running rather than spend time during the workshop installing the tools.

Submit 2 quality apps and get a free Windows Phone 7.5. Your app could even be featured on the MSDN Newsletter and MSDN website. Check out the Mango App Challenge at http://ow.ly/7ga3a.
