A 13-month old girl is in Childrens’ Hospital after falling from a 2nd-storey window in Surrey.R.C.M.P/ say the accident happened at a house in the 7200 block of 131st Street.It appears that the child slipped from the arms of her mother, falling out of a window, nine feet to the ground below.Their condition remains unknown, however police say the child was responsive and conscious when crews arrive…
