Homicide investigators say they have made an arrest in the shooting death of Alok Gupta, killed in Surrey on Christmas Day.
Police say the 27-year-old was killed in a robbery gone wrong at the convenience store on 96th avenue where he was working.
Surrey man William Andrew Whiteside is facing a second degree murder charge.
Police say they expect to make further arrests in the case.
