Live at Squamish is taking a cue from the Sasquatch Music Festival and implementing a ride-share program.
“We are big fans of carpooling,” said Allan Regan, creative director of Live at Squamish. “There will be limited parking considering the number of people coming, so the more people we can get in one car, the better.”
Zimride.com is a carpooling system that allows drivers and passengers to link up based on when and from where they are travelling.
Live at Squamish attendees are encouraged to use the ride-share program to get to the festival this weekend.
There will also be a bike valet at Live at Squamish, a free service that will house 750 bikes for the entire day.
