Dix on Clark’s pipeline comments

The leader of the Opposition isn’t impressed by more strong words seeming to oppose the Northern Gateway Enbridge oil pipeline.
Adrian Dix says no matter what Christy Clark says the Liberals missed the deadline to submit evidence to the joint review panel.

“All this seems to be for the Liberal party is a political calculation the interests of the people of BC, the risks involved, the consequences for our economy that seems to be secondary consideration for the Premier and the Liberal party their primary consideration appears to be political calculations about what worls best for them and I think that is one of the reasons they are having so many problems right now.”

Dix says all the government can do now is ask questions of everybody else who was granted standing and submitted their own evidence.
Christy Clark told a newspaper Friday the risks of the pipeline far outweigh the reward.
