Allan Schoenborn — the man found not criminally responsible for killing his three children — has postponed his latest review hearing.
The family of his victims, calls the move a slap in the face.
“This review board is just ridiculous, and this process for the review board is just ridiculous,” says Stacy Gault, the cousin of Schoenborn’s ex-wife Darcie Clarke.
Gault says Schoenborn has requested to move the hearing to later in the year, as to not conflict with the anniversary of the killings.
But Gault says that’s a request the family has made several times before — only to be told no.
She feels Schoenborn is holding all the control.
“She [Clarke] is still being treated so badly by the system. It has to stop.”
Last year, Schoenborn withdrew his request for escorted release from his psychiatric hospital, after considerable public outrage.
