Fire and fashion sizzle the runway in Kelowna

The gloomy, rainy days of fall approaching may be getting to us these days, but Kelowna’s glamorous Fire and Fashion event Friday evening sparked excitement and revived spirits – for the night at least.

Internationally acclaimed fashion designer Jason Matlo and pop sensation Rosette Luve lit up Kelowna’s hottest red carpet night of the year.

This extravagant charity event, which was held at the restored Laurel Packinghouse and hosted by Erin Cebula from ET Canada along with Kelowna’s Professional Firefighters, raised funds to benefit the B.C. Professional Firefighters Burn Fund. It was a sell out of a success.

Organizers of the event are so pleased with the support received that next year’s planning is already in the works.
