Four people have been seriously injured after a collision between two cars Friday afternoon near SFU’s Burnaby campus.
RCMP Staff Sergeant Steve Crawford says it happened shortly before 5pm – along Gaglardi Way, between University Way and Broadway.
“A vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed, interacting with other vehicles as it was going… and ultimately lost control, crossing the centre lines and colliding with another vehicle.”
Speed and road conditions are believed to be factors.
Crawford is asking any witnesses to come forward.
