Bouquets of flowers have been left against a fence at a maple ridge intersection where two teens were killed early this morning in a car crash.
Friends have identified one of the two teenagers who died in the crash as 16-year-old Dawson Spencer.
Stefano Cavalliere knew Dawson for about five years.
They went to Westview Secondary together and Cavalliere says Dawson was always joyful.
“Just a wild, happy kid. I don’t know, just loved… always happy, loved his friends and family.”
Dawson and an 18-year-old girl were killed when the van Dawson was driving slammed into a car in the opposite lane about 2:30 this morning.
