One man is in custody after a car chase through Surrey, Burnaby and New Westminster.
The chase apparently started after a vehicle backed into a police car and then took off over the Pattullo Bridge.
During the chase, a second police vehicle was also struck along the Burnaby/Coquitlam border.
The officers were not injured.
The vehicle then crashed into a garage at a house off Columbia Street in New Westminster.
The van had been stolen and the driver was wanted on a Canada wide warrant for parole violations.
