A 25-year old man is now being questioned by the RCMP in Mission about Sunday’s hit and run, that killed an elderly woman.
Police will only confirm a person of interest is in custody.
He’s from Mission and he was arrested on charges of uttering threats, as well as break and enter.
Investigators recovered the car involved earlier this week.
