More mutilated cats found in Maple Ridge

The SPCA is investigating the discovery of more mutilated cats in Maple Ridge.

“Yesterday, two more bodies were discovered — one at Harry Hooge elementary school and then again last evening another body was reported on 221 Street in Maple Ridge.”

The SPCA’S Lorie Chortyk says since last June, the remains of 24 mutilated cats have been found in Maple Ridge.

Some of the animals had been cut in half with a sharp object.

Anyone with information is asked to call SPCA cruelty investigations.
