The Vancouver Park Board has come up with a way to use the old children’s farmyard in Stanley Park.
The goal is to raise awareness about the first nations history.
The Park Board wants to find a group to develop and operate a “first nations cultural and educational experience.”
Board chair Aaron Jasper says the inspiration comes from the success of the park’s seasonal Klahowya Village.
