Premier Christy Clark has finally answered a question she ducked a few months ago, namely, have you ever smoked pot?
And the answer is “yes”.
Clark when asked said “I graduated from Burnaby South Senior Secondary in 1983 and there was a lot of that going on when I was in high school and um, I didn’t avoid it altogether.”
Clark says it’s an uncomfortable question to answer as a parent who wants to be a good role model.
The Premier was being asked whether she supported the effort to legalize marijuana, but she maintains it is a federal issue.
