Casting: Jeong, Mikkelsen, Gillan, Judd

The Hangover Part III
Ken Jeong has signed a deal with Warner Bros. Pictures to return for “The Hangover Part III”. Dates are presently being worked out so things don’t clash with his “Community” commitments.

Jeong will reprise the role of Mr. Chow in a part that is significantly expanded for the Todd Phillips-helmed threequel. [Source: Heat Vision]

Thor 2
Mads Mikkelsen (“Casino Royale”) has revealed that he won’t play the villain in the “Thor” sequel after all due to his commitment to NBC’s “Hannibal” pilot.

Mikkelsen says “Yeah, that’s not happening unfortunately. I had a meeting with them, but they were a little too late. And then Hannibal came in, and everything just came in the same period, so now it’s not happening.” [Source: Zoomin TV]

Oculus
“Doctor Who” star Karen Gillan has scored a role in Mike Flanagan’s supernatural pic “Oculus” for Intrepid.

The story follows a woman whose life was destroyed as a child after her parents were murdered and brother was pegged with the crime. She believes the crime was committed by a supernatural force. [Source: Variety]

Olympus Has Fallen
Ashley Judd and Robert Forster have joined the cast of Antoine Fuqua’s White House-set action thriller “Olympus Has Fallen” at Nu Image/Millennium. Judd will play the first lady, while mForster will play a high-ranking general.

Gerard Butler plays Secret Service agent trying to stop Korean terrorists who have taken over the White House and take the president (Aaron Eckhart) hostage. Shooting kicks off this week in Louisiana. [Source: Heat Vision]
