Million Dollar Man
“Entourage” actress Emmanuelle Chriqui is in final talks to star opposite Luke Wilson in the indie sports comedy “Million Dollar Man”.
Wilson plays s down-on-his-luck route driver for a soda company who’s given a second chance in life as a football kicker. Chriqui will play the love interest who helps whip Wilson’s character into shape. [Source: Showblitz]
Life of Pi
Tobey Maguire’s small but key role has been recast in Ang Lee’s almost finished adaptation of Yann Martel’s “Life of Pi”.
Maguire’s presence was jarring enough that Lee has reshot the scenes with a lesser known actor – in this case “Prometheus” and “Anonymous” thesp Rafe Spall. [Source: THR]

Max Minghella (“The Social Network,” “The Darkest Hour”) is in talks to join Alexandre Aja’s supernatural thriller adaptation of Joe Hill’s novel “Horns”. Minghella will play a public defender.
Daniel Radcliffe plays a 26-year-old man who wakes up after a big night out to find horns sprouting out of his head which grow bigger by the day. The reason ties back to the unsolved murder of his girlfriend. [Source: Variety]
