CW Orders A Full Season Of “Arrow”

The CW has given a full-season order to its breakout superhero drama “Arrow” reports Deadline.

The show’s series premiere drew 4.14 million viewers, making it the network’s most watched telecast of any show in three years and the network’s biggest premiere since “The Vampire Diaries” in 2009.

In its second episode, “Arrow” became the only new network drama this season to hold its ratings in both adults 18-34 and adults 18-49 from its premiere to its second week.

The fate of the network’s other two new recently debuted series is less rosy. “Beauty And The Beast” opened strong but plummeted in its second airing, while “Emily Owens, MD” opened soft.
