While “The Avengers” occupied New York City over the holiday weekend, “The Dark Knight Rises” was busy filming in Los Angeles and set photos have already gone up online featuring Anne Hathaway’s Selina Kyle character engaging in fisticuffs with random attackers. Also filming took place around a traffic tunnel with shots of various overturned and damaged vehicles following an apparently explosion. Video of the wrecked set can be found here and here.
Finally the writer of an interview with Juno Temple in a recent issue of Total Film says that her character looks likely to be that of Holly Robinson, a young prostitute first seen in Frank Miller’s “Batman: Year One” and a potential sidekick to Hathaway’s Catwoman. Temple however neither confirmed nor denied.
