Lionsgate is pushing hard on its film franchise based on a tween literary sensation – “The Hunger Games”.
The first film is not due until March next year, but already the studio has scheduled a November 2013 release for “Catching Fire”, the second installment in the trilogy.
That puts it out a little over a year and a half from the first film and if it keeps to that schedule it means we can probably expect the third film to hit Summer 2015.
The first film currently has a few more weeks of filming left and two new photos of Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence’s characters have been found on a Tumblr blog.
