Marcus Nispel (“Friday the 13th,” “Conan the Barbarian”) is set to direct the horror-action comic book adaptation “Hack/Slash” for Relativity says Heat Vision.
The story centers on Cassie Hack, a young woman who has become a killer of killers and travels to small towns across the country hunting slashers in the vein of horror icons like Freddy Krueger and Michael Myers.
Todd Lincoln and Fredrik Bond have previously been attached to helm. Justin Marks adapted the script while Alexandra Milchan, Adrian Askarieh and Daniel Alter are producing.
