Anna Paquin (Rogue), Ellen Page (Kitty Pryde), and Shawn Ashmore (Iceman) are set to return for the upcoming “X-Men: Days of Future Past” at 20th Century Fox.
Director Bryan Singer broke the news via Twitter, adding three more names to the mix of both original “X-Men” and “X-Men: First Class” actors who are slated to appear.
The storyline deals with both the 1960s-set present with the ‘First Class’ cast, and an alternate future (our present day) where all mutants are being hunted by Sentinels.
How these characters will be worked into the action is unknown at this time. The trio join confirmed returnees Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, and Nicholas Hoult.
