Relativity Media has closed a deal with Ric Roman Waugh (“Felon,” “Snitch”) to direct and rewrite the original sci-fi thriller “Tipping Point”.
Todd Stein penned the script set a century from now with the world’s population approaching ten billion. As a result, the penalty for having children without a license is death.
It’s in this environment a ruthless Population Control Officer named Solomon Cage discovers that the two fugitives he’s been pursuing are the love of his life who mysteriously disappeared years ago, and the 12-year-old son he never knew he had.
Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey, Ryan Kavanaugh and Andrew Deane will produce.
