“Project X” and “Scott Pilgrim” co-scribe Michael Bacall is reportedly already at work writing a treatment for a “Project X” sequel says The Hollywood Reporter.
Work got quietly underway on the ‘X’ sequel a few weeks ago, before the teen comedy opened to a strong $ 21 million over the weekend.
Whether Bacall’s treatment becomes a script depends on the producers including Todd Phillips and Joel Silver. It’s unknown if the key three actors – Thomas Mann, Oliver Cooper and Jonathan Brown – will be returning though it’s likely.
