The BC Coroners Service has confirmed another worker from the Lakeland Sawmill in Prince George, has died.
The workers’ identity has not been released.
Coroner Barb McClintock says the man was first taken to University Hospital of Northern BC and was later transported by Air Ambulance to Edmonton so he could receive more specialized care. He died there early Tuesday evening.
The man’s death comes after the death of 43 year old Alan Little, a shift supervisor at the mill who passed away Tuesday morning .
There were 24 workers in the mill when it exploded and burned Monday night.
