Search crews have still not been able to find a snowboarder stranded out of bounds on Cypress Bowl since Sunday.
North Shore SAR leader Tim Jones, says they’re confident the man’s on the west side of Cypress.
Field teams are out, as well as the RCMP’s Air 2 helicopter, and a military Cormorant chopper, “We really, you know, involved a lot of resources to try and find him. It’s been very difficult because we have not been able to have proper contact with him. And, like I say, it’s a challenging thing, and we hope we get him alive.”
Jones says a full scale search is set for Tuesday.
