A date has been set for the BC Court of appeal to hear from convicted murderer Charles Kembo.
Kembo was convicted by jury two years ago of murdering four people.
He killed his business partner, step-daughter, girlfriend and wife – all between 2002 and 2005 in a bid to profit from their identities.
A BC Supreme Court judge called him a serial killer who should never walk the streets again.
He received an automatic life sentence with no chance of parole for 25 years.
At the time, Kembo’s lawyer said his client would appeal the verdict.
A date has now been set for June 25, 2013.
