Appeal date set for murderer Charles Kembo

A date has been set for the BC Court of appeal to hear from convicted murderer Charles Kembo. Kembo was convicted by jury two years ago of murdering four people. BC’s Education Minister clarifies mediator Charles Jago’s access to, and role in, Bill 22.
