Premier Christy Clark is –not– denouncing a negative ad attacking her main political opponent… NDP leader Adrian Dix.
After admitting she’s heard the commercial financed by the independent contractors and businesses association, Clark says voters should have no problem figuring out who to elect in next year’s provincial election.
“There is a very big contrast between me and Mr. Dix and the difference is this. I believe in a thriving private sector economy first. Mr. Dix believes that government money should first go into creating government jobs. I just don’t believe that that’s sustainable.”
Clark is directing any questions about the attack ad to the people who paid for it.
