Brothers assaulted at Abbotsford Airport

Abbotsford Police are asking for the public’s help, identifying a teenage boy who assautled two young boys inside a washroom at Abbotsford Airport.

It happened on Wednesday just after noon, when the six and nine-year-old brothers were approached in front of the urinals.

The teen grabbed the younger boy by the genitals, and bit the older one in the stomach.

Constable Ian MacDonald says an older man — possibly in his fifties or sixties — ended up quickly escorting the suspect out of the washroom.

The teenage suspect may have special needs, and the older man may be his caregiver.

The teen is described as white, between 13 and 16, five-foot-four to five-foot-eight, with short brown hair, prominent front teeth or braces, and was wearing a red short sleeved shirt with blue pants.

The older man had grey hair and a grey beard, and was wearing a dark coloured shirt with a “cat” logo.
