Translink’s C-E-O has sent an internal email to company brass announcing a restructuring of the organization, and at least one senior executive is gone.
Ian Jarvis says he’s made initial steps to put Translink in a better position to meet customers’ needs.
Jarvis has eliminated the position of executive-vice president of planning and policy.
Jarvis has also realigned several departments.
He says this will give translink the opportunity to improve on how the company consults, communicates and reaches out to public and government stakeholders.
Jarvis says the changes have been made within existing funding with the help of the Translink board and executive team.
