Charges have now been laid in the murder of a 21 year old man in Surrey in May.
Noel Jackson was shot to death in a basement suite on 70th Avenue May 3rd.
Police say a group of people went to the home after leaving a bar when an argument occured.
They say two men left and came back later with a gun and Jackson was shot.
After an intensive investigation by IHIT, 21 year old Jonathan Michael Kishimoto and 24 year old Michael Alexander Ross are now charged with second degree murder.
Kishimoto will be in court in Surrey this morning while Ross is to appear tomorrow.
