What’s next after court’s polygamy ruling?

A landmark BC Supreme Court ruling upholding Canada’s law against polygamy is not expected to lead to any charges in the polygamist commune of Bountiful – at least, not yet.
Attorney-General Shirley Bond says the government needs time to study the ruling and no decision has been made on laying polygamy charges, but says the court clearly found polygamy causes harm to women and children….
