Days after Vncouver Police issued a public warning about Donald Bakker, the Mounties have confirmed the pedophile, deemed a high risk to re-offend, is now living in Penticton.
The 48-year old is the first person convicted under Canada’s sex tourism laws.
He was released last week after spending seven years in prison.
He’s 5’6 and 155 pounds… with brown eyes and brown hair currently shaved closed to his head.
His court-ordered conditions include staying away from anyone under age 18 and sex trade workers.
He also has an 11pm curfew and can’t have any access to video recording equipment.
