It was just an errant golf ball.
But it’s caused alot of grief for two golfers, a golf course and the Alberta government. They’ve all ended up together in a BC Supreme Court lawsuit.
David Bracko claims he suffered “severe injuries” when he was hit in the right eye by an “errant golf ball”. In court documents he says Holly Pietrus hit a ball off her fairway at a course in Invermere B.C…
