BC Conservative MLA John van Dongen is continuing his mission to connect Premier Christy Clark to the controversial sale of BC Rail.
Van Dongen has been granted access to transcripts of some of the court hearings in the case.
“We’ll review these transcripts and see what they tell us in terms of information that may or may not be helpful in terms of pursuing the issue of the involvement of the deputy premier at the time Christy Clark in the BC Rail case.”
Van Dongen quit the BC Liberal caucus in March claiming there were unanswered questions about the sale.
He’s also an intervenor in the Auditor General’s ongoing court case around the payment of six million dollars in legal fees for convicted government aides Dave Basi and Bobby Virk.
