Kamloops Bishop speaks about attack one year later

The power of prayer saved him.
That’s what Catholic Bishop David Monroe is saying…. one year after he was attacked at his home in Kamloops by a man suffering from bipolar disorder.
“People have been so good.  They themselves will say it is through the prayer.”
