Elections BC says the Kash Heed case is now closed.
Heed’s former campaign manager, Barinder Sall, had alleged $ 40,000 dollars in overspending that had not been accounted for, but also told reporters he’d destroyed the records.
Today Chief Electoral Officer Keith Archer announced Sall’s allegations contained no new information and the case is now closed.
