A 36-year-old Vancouver man has been charged after a man waved a fake gun at people walking along the seawall.
Police say they received calls Wednesday night from people near the 1800 block of Spyglass, saying a man was walking along the seawall pointing a gun.
Robert Michael Bellini now faces charges of assault, possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes and uttering threats.
