A 30-year old man is charged with manslaughter in connection with Vancouver’s fifth murder of the year. Jermaine Anthony Carby is charged in the stabbing death of 50-year old Gerald David Haakmat. The victim was found in Oppenheimer Park, suffering from stab wounds.
