Missing person case with a twist

Abbotsford Police have an interesting missing persons case on their hands.

Alex James Thorne had been missing from his home since September 7th.

At 6 Wednesday evening the teen showed up in the 33200 Block MacLure Road with a bloody head injury. A green shirt had been used as a makeshift bandage.

The boy then left the complex and Patrol Division officers, a K9 unit and a police helicopter have been searching for the injured boy since.

Alex is 6 feet tall and weighs 155 pounds.

He has a dark complexion with brown “Afro” style hair. He was observed wearing red shorts, a grey sweater and black shoes.

Thorne also uses the surname Molina.

If you see Alex, call Abbotsford Police.
