RCMP are investigating a murder in Port Hardy.
The victim is a 28 year old woman.
It appears she’d been assaulted.
She later died in hospital.
The victim has been identied as 28 year old Cindy Scow of Port Hardy.
A 19 year old Port Hardy man is under arrest and in custody.
