No charges after RCMP officer tasers 11 year old

West Vancouver’s police chief has determined no charges should be laid against an RCMP officer who tasered an 11-year old boy in Prince George.
The news comes five months after the child was stunned during a confrontation at a group home on April 7th.
Police were responding to reports the child’s 37-year old care worker had been stabbed.
