The BC Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeal by Mukhtiar Panghali of his second murder conviction.
The appeal court this morning ruled the trial judge did not make significant errors in convicting Panghali of murdering his wife Manjit in 2006.
She was pregnant at the time and her burned body was found on Deltaport Way.
