Vancouver Police are investigating what they’re calling a suspicious death.
Officers were called to the 3400 block Renfrew Street after a man’s body was discovered in the west lane just after 9:00 p.m.
A 911 caller had reported hearing the sound of screaming coming from the lane.
Police attended and located a dead man believed to be in his 50s.
Members of the Major Crime Section were called in and the investigation is ongoing.
Early reports suggest the victim suffered stab wounds.
His identity has not been released.
