A man has been shot in Richmond.R.C.M.P. inspector Brian Massie says the victim was hit in the face just before 1:00am in the 10700 block of Cambie Road.
“We do have a number of witnesses and they’re currently being interviewed right now, and no we don’t have anybody in custody and like I say, the investigation is in its early stages and we are still gathering information from the witnesses.”
