VANCOUVER – Simba Gold Corp. (TSXV:SGD) announced the appointment Thursday of company founder Werner Ullmann as its new president and chief executive officer.
Ullmann replaces Peter Miles who has resigned. No details were given.
The company is also announced the appointment of Allan Armitage, a company director, as senior technical adviser.
