A terrible crash in Surrey early this morning may have killed a Mountie.
Police tape is up in all directions at 64th Avenue and 148th Street.
The wreckage in the middle of the intersection – the semi truck has smashed completely into the front end of unmarked gray police cruiser.
There’s not much left of that front end.
There are yellow evidence markers littered all over the intersection.
There is a report the RCMP officer has died, but that has not yet been confirmed by the RCMP.
