The Canadian Taxpayers Federation is coming out swinging over the gas tax increase that was given the thumbs up by Metro Vancouver mayors today.
BC spokesperson Jordan Bateman says the hike is a “terrible idea” and even a little sneaky.
He says it isn’t just two cents a litre it is actually 50 cents a litre we are now paying government in gas tax.
