Vancouver Police Chief Jim Chu admits in hindsight mistakes were made, but says there was simply no plausible number of officers that could have prevented the Stanley Cup rioting from happening.
Chu says there is simply no magic solution to protect the city from those who are intent on creating mayhem.
He added there was also no amount of police that could have prevented what happened….
